TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Delivery Charges

1.1 Delivery charges for furniture and equipment will be calculated based on the delivery area, distance, and size of the goods ordered.

1.2 Product orders exceeding R300.00 (including VAT) will incur a fuel surcharge as follows:

  • Johannesburg: From R130.00, depending on the delivery distance.
  • Pretoria: From R150.00, depending on the delivery distance.

1.3 Product orders valued at less than R300.00 (including VAT) will incur a fuel surcharge, which will be calculated based on the delivery location and distance.

Re-Deliveries

2.1 Any re-delivery of products or equipment resulting from the customer being unavailable to receive the goods, incorrect delivery information supplied, or any other customer-related reason, will incur an additional delivery fee of R100.00 per delivery attempt.

Damaged or Missing Goods

3.1 Any damaged, defective, or missing goods must be reported to Salon Suppliers within 24 hours of delivery.

3.2 Claims reported after the 24-hour period may not be accepted or processed.

Returns and Handling Fees

4.1 Goods returned after 30 days from the date of purchase may be subject to a handling and administration fee of 10% of the purchase value.

4.2 Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Ownership of Goods

5.1 All goods supplied by Salon Suppliers remain the property of Salon Suppliers until full payment has been received and cleared.

Banking Charges

6.1 Any cash deposit fees charged by the bank shall be for the customer’s account.

6.2 Any international banking or transfer fees shall be for the customer’s account and must be paid in addition to the invoice amount.

Payment Terms

7.1 All deliveries are made on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis unless otherwise agreed in writing by Salon Suppliers.

7.2 Salon Suppliers reserves the right to withhold delivery until full payment has been received and confirmed.

General

8.1 Salon Suppliers reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

8.2 By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
